Change the locks on your Fold

Replacing the zippers in the Fold series tents

We have recently launched a campaign to replace zippers for older generations of FOLD 2 and 4 tents still bearing the Dutch Mountains brand.

The first generations of tents that we ordered had a locking system that was not comfortable and we often received comments about it. It was a lock with nylon, tightening straps. Because we listen to our customers, supporters and ambassadors, we had to improve it. The next generation of tents had two locks with a key, but we decided to improve this solution. Finally, the FOLD series tents are closed with two plastic straps and a central lock with a key.

We decided to carry out a campaign to replace locks in old tents, so that every FOLD owner could replace the lock in their tent themselves.  What should you do to receive a set of new locks?

1. Write to us at  info@bachasport.pl , in a message on OFFLANDER’s Facebook page or on Offlander_Polska’s Instagram page

2. Send us proof of purchase of the tent, a scan or photo will be enough

3. Give us your parcel locker details (parcel locker no., email address and phone number)

4. We will ship the set at our expense
